We were looking for a third party to help us deploy and manage our presence on social media. While a crucial “qualification” is solid knowledge of social media and marketing engagement, we also needed an organization we could count on to provide such services in both official languages to meet the needs of our clientele as well as our federal regulatory obligations. We selected Mariliz and her team to be our partners in growing and improving our social media presence. We are very satisfied with their contributions and their ability to meet our expectations and generate timely, relevant, and appreciated content for our followers. For example, we surpassed 20,000 followers on Facebook, which is quite an achievement for a small airport in a smaller market like ours. This would not have been possible without their help and expertise. What I appreciated the most during the social media management training was the trainer’s promptness in answering participants’ questions as well as the clarity of her explanations. The training covered everything from A to Z, with relevant examples, and I learned many very interesting features.
